Trailing philodendron love to be in medium or bright indirect light but can also tolerate light that is lower than this and so it a perfect plant to be in a room that does not have much light or in the centre of one which does. They need watering once every 1 or 2 weeks or more often if the soil dries out quickly and a fertiliser can be used in the summer then the plant is actively growing.
